Brief to provide terrasse, pergola to provide shade and extend to support existing mature wisteria. Gravel remaining ground, save beds with bulbs and low matenane, drought tolerant perennials.

Work to clear site & mark out new terrasse, footings for pergola etc. starts 11th October 2010.
